Preston e un tip obsedat de lame ascuţite şi să nu lase lucrurile neterminate. Tommy e un fugar, traumatizat de experienţele sale avute cu Chromeskull, nebunul pe care Preston îl copiază. Acţiunea sequelului continuă de unde s-a terminat primul film, când Chromeskull e crezut mort, iar cele două victime care i-au supravieţuit, Tommy şi iubita lui, fug de la faţa locului până ce ajunge poliţia. Preston, ucenicul lui Chromeskull preia misiunea de a-i hăitui pe cei doi pentru a-i ucide. Numai că Preston nu e singurul ucenic al lui Chromeskull, ci mai este şi Stann care îl sabotează pe Preston, fiind invidios.
